What You’ll Do
• Handle inside sales for customers who need help getting coverage, managing their policy, or submitting a claim.
• Convert leads to sales through text, phone, or email by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote.
• Adapt to new technology as we build our processes and workflows.

Requirements
• Insurance Licensed: Hold an active insurance license OR be willing & able to pass the required insurance exam (training is availble).
• Experienced: At least 2 years of sales experience (Insurance focus preferred)

• Technology: Must have above-average computer skills.
• Communication: Need to be able to clearly and calmly explain insurance products to average consumers.
• Motivated: Maintain a strong desire to outperform goals and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Required Licensing:
You must have an active property and casualty license or acquire it within 2 weeks of accepting the position.
